No, your item seems to be set correctly to allow that type of member to access it -- as long as he doesn't have a content blocker set to exclude 18+.

The issue would be whether interactives are available to free members at the time he tries to view it, and whether other free members/guests are also using those limited resources at that time.

If he gets the limiter message, he needs to try again -- either wait a minute and try again a few times, or try again in an hour or so -- until it works. The interactives are available to free members on average 70% of the day in limited quantities.

Your Basic membership covers your use of the site, including your own unlimited access to interactives, but not anyone else's.

The only way for him to avoid the limited access issue is for him to have a Basic membership of his own.
