Greets, Our email server uses a grey listing service to prevent/eliminate most spam. With grey listing, first time emails from new senders are "temporarily rejected". The default setup for real email services is to re-attempt the message shortly after (most are 10 minutes)... but spam systems send out so much spam email, they can't take time or resources to re-try and so their spam is simply discarded and never seen again. When a message is resent, the system then whitelists the sender for future emails; this action only occurs on the first email from a new sender.
