Thanks so much for the detailed explanation. I do have gmail. I don't use it very often because I tend to forget to check it. Since I tend to LIVE on WdC, I know when emails come in here! *Smile*

I will probably try using my Writing.Com address a couple more times to reset that particular password because I want to keep this as the email of reference on that account. If necessary, I will call and change it temporarily.

Thanks again for all you do!
