Each Static item counts for 1 item in your portfolio allotment. The Folder item also counts for 1 item in your portfolio allotment. So if you had 6 items in the Folder, that would be 7 items used out of your 250 limit. Putting Static items in a Folder does not keep them from counting individually against your portfolio limit.

One Book item with "6" entries or with "60" entries counts for 1 item in your portfolio allotment.

A Static item at the Upgraded level can hold up to 250KB.
A Book item at the Upgraded level can hold up to 2MB = 2000KB.

The amount of file storage for the same content would be about the same either way. Not sure what difference that would make unless you're trying to estimate whether they'd all fit in the same book. A Book has enough space to hold several novels.
