Have you gotten any others to join WDC?

True, we all spend as much time on WDC as much as we can. Some can do it twenty-four seven three hundred sixty-five or sixty-six days a year, but most of us have other lives to live. Our writing is our passion, but our work is what keep that passion going. Have you every had a co-worker, friend, family member, etc. who you discovered likes to write too. If so, have you gotten them to join WDC and if you did how do you do it.
