Notifications Issue

Hello,

I'm experiencing the most annoying issue with my 'Notifications' section. When I click on the button to view notifications, all messages in the pop-up window begin scrolling down to the bottom. If I try to scroll back up, I'm immediately taken back down the the bottom where it seems to continually search for older notifications. It's been doing this for a couple of days now. Has anyone else seen this before?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
