I have a question: Is there a history of "GREASERS"

I dunno if anyone has ever done a definitive definition of what a "GREASER" (as in 1950's USA) actually is, what compelled them to become one (likely the high price of a car), what they thought of themselves as (psychological breakdown), how they lived, and the drama's in their lives...

AND that treated it in a story fashion so as to DEFINE what a greaser was, in absolute terms-
you learn along with the main character

Grow and feel, and so on...

Think about it (and I ask your contributions here)

LIST ten RULES that define a "GREASER" such as "The FONZ"
