Reviews, once sent, cannot be deleted or edited.

You can go back to the bottom of the item and remove (clear) the rating you gave. After that, you would have the option of sending another review (and rating) if you wanted, but that does nothing to affect the original review.

Public reviews are only shown in the Reviewers page for 31 days, and then only if they're at least 250 characters.

So the only place anyone will see that particular review is in your Reviews tab or through a review link.
