If the person has added an item to their portfolio, they will be listed in the Authors page in the left navigation menu. The page can be searched by username or handle. You would have to know one or the other.

There isn't a way to search for Registered Users. You have to know the username and create a userlink for that. WritingML Help for user

You can use your Favorites to create your own list of authors/users by clicking on the large plus symbol after their handle. If that location shows a white hand with a string tied around the index finger, that person is already a Favorite. If it shows a black bullhorn, that person is already a Fan. After adding people to your Favorites, you can use the My Account/Favorite Authors page to go to their portfolios by clicking on the suitcase icon after their handle.
