If you do reviews, how do you rate them?

There are some writers who don’t want to be Rated, but most of us do. We want to know how much you like what we have written. That is done through Ratings. The question is, how do you Rate them? We all have different ways to do that. It all depends on how well written it is for me. Are there any mistakes in grammar like Tenses, punctuation, commas, etc. Spelling or missing words are big mistakes too. Most of my Rating are three and above. What about yours?
