Membership says expired even though it's not
I purchased a three month membership that expires in December, and I can see it under My Account. I also received the confirmation message. However, in the sidebar under my name it says membership expired, and when I try to use interactives I get the "paid members only" message. I've already logged out and back in, I need help.
