The timed TRYNOW promo for first time paid memberships takes 25% off any Upgraded Membership or above that’s regularly priced at $19.95 or more.

You purchased a 3 month Basic Membership at $9.95, which is both below our Upgraded Membership and below the $19.95 for the coupon even if it was on Basics... so your purchase did not qualify for the coupon. As such, a reduced amount was not shown in your cart or on the checkout screen.
