Hold on I'm a little confused when you say 3 month upgrade, I was referring to the 12 month basic basic package, Which would be an extra 9 months at the cost of five dollars, the only reason i did 3 months was because I thought i was only spending 7.50 for a small membership, but since that code didn't work i ended up spending 10 dollars for 3 months (which is A LOT worse than $15 for 12 months). So If I was refunded, then I can buy the 12 month basic package and have a lot more time to use the benefits to read interactive stories. Can I do that? Will that work? I hope I'm not confusing anything here, let me know.
