Word Pictures Contest

Six special posts this past week made for a bonanza of good reading, reflecting, and hard decision making. From themes of reborn hope, ephemeral life, and nature's call each portrait of words gave new meaning to the photo prompt. For its sparse and intense image posed in free verse this past week honors Gypsy Ann Winter Faery The Dark Faery with "Dark Rainbow"  with Lilli's special awardicon and the "Word Pictures Contest"  weekly awards for first place. A special honor went to Mari McKee for her "Invalid Item"  rendition in words.

Thanks to each of you for your support, imagination, and skill at presenting such for public view. The new contest is now open. I look forward to viewing and enjoying your entries.
