As Legerdemain said, you cannot transfer a Folder item. You cannot transfer a Folder item along with all the items contained in the Folder item. You cannot transfer the items contained in a Folder item (without the Folder) all at once -- there is no "bulk transfer" option. Transferring an item is always done one item at a time.

Regarding the Folder item -- You can copy the information in the Body text box of the Folder item to an email and send that to her. Lilith of House Martell can use the Forward option to retrieve the original raw text and create a new folder item in her own port. Any special settings in the Folder can be noted in the email so the new Folder can behave the same.

You can transfer the signatures listed as being in the folder separately and individually.

Any item interconnectedness due to being in a folder will have to be re-created by hand at the other end by Lilith of House Martell, by moving the signatures into the new Folder. Group access restrictions will not be affected by the transfer.
