Dear friend,
When sizing your portfolio is smaller, the use of folder is optional. After a few days, the size of your portfolio become heavier. Now, folders have to play a very vital role. Folders play the same which he plays in hard drive disk. In a folder, you store the same pattern of writings. Suppose, in a folder, you may store all sad stories. In another folder, you may store all horror stories. So, the main purpose of the folder, do not mix one subject with another subject. This is the prime utility of a folder.
