I am a new author. I got my book published on Amazon nearly two months ago. Since then I have bought at least ten books. My girlfriend asked me to sign her copy but, nothing has been shown on Amazon's dashboard. All I get from Amazon are messages which dont help. No support and no place to turn I do find Amazon patronising with their "Hip" way of writing no professionalism at all.
All I'm asking is to see the number of paperbacks sold. The real figures!
Why cant they just have a system which shows sales in real time. If i went to Amazon all I'd get are replies that start off 'Hi John.... we hear what you are saying blah blah blah I've had the same myself - tell that to the marines - but no real answer
