This is me as well. Completely (only replace 'unemployed' with 'mature age student' and 'pounding the pavement' with 'doing stupid essays')… and I do take a pad and pencil (not pen) to the bathroom so if I get an idea while showering I write it down. Is that sad? This morning I stopped my regular workout at the gym for 20 minutes so I could get an idea & 1st 2 paragraphs down of a story...
