As you were already informed in "Re: Yet to be replied"   by The StoryMaster when you posted about a similar problem in "Technical Support Forum" , the site does not get involved with transactions between members.

Before making a donation in order to receive a merit badge, you should do the research to make sure that the person who runs the contest or activity is around to deal with your transaction.

[1] Initiating a transaction with someone whose Last On status is set to Private, or isn't dated within the past day or so, is not advised. The Last On status of Private often means that the person does not plan to be onsite for some time.

Note that the person who runs this contest currently has their Last On status set to Private.

[2] Making a donation to a closed contest or activity is not advised.

Note also that per this recent post by the owner, this particular contest is currently closed indefinitely.

[3] Not following specific directions given in the contest or activity header about how to contact the owner or designated representative is not advised.

Note that this contest states in the header: NB Should you have any questions, however simple they appear, please comment in the forum but make sure you tag me as I do not monitor the site daily. Alternatively contact me by email.

You have posted in the forum 3 times, but did not tag the owner in any of those posts.


You will have to wait until the other person is available to deal with your donation.

Given the situation with the contest, you should not be surprised if the member decides to simply send back your Gift Points instead of accepting the donation.
