This could depend on a number of things. Some people move a lot during the night no matter the type of dreams they are having. Others might only stir on occasion. They could have physical reactions to their dreams but there are going to be people who don't show anything despite the terrors the mind is creating.
Pick a few things and write them out. See how they sound and if it feels off, rewrite. There isn't going to be an exact, this is how everyone does things approach to that particular moment.
