Spammers can be very creative, and can fake a lot of things, and sometimes the fake is not a decent counterfeit of the real thing.

Just delete such email unread and then purge the email trash.

You can also turn on a filter in your email to send email from outside the site directly to Trash. Click the gear icon at the upper right of your Inbox page to get to the email settings page, and click Update to submit the changes.

You can also change your password just in case/if you're worried.
