To edit the Word file on your computer and update the item here:

Edit the Word file on your computer or create an edited copy of the file, and save the file.
Click the gear icon at the upper right of the item page to open the edit item page.
Use the drag & drop feature to drag the edited file to either where the Body text box is (if you used the Simple option, you can see the WML version of your text in the box) -- or (if you used the Complex option) inside the dotted outline around this text:
         Your item has been converted from a "document" for online viewing.
         To update the item, drag a file to this area.
The drag & drop upload box will open.
Proceed as in the create process, and then save the edit.

To update the item by editing the text here if you used the Simple drag & drop option:

Click the gear icon at the upper right of the item page to open the edit item page.
Edit the text of the item in its Body text box.
Save the edited item.
