Embed tags are like YouTube videos.

The options allow you to NOT show them (no render), show them (render) OR show them with autoplay.

If you don't have a problem with embed tags now as is, suggest you just leave.
It was a requested setting from folks who didn't like the default embed tag handling.

If you do have issues with them, feel free to try each of the 3 settings to determine which you like best. No harm can come from testing this out.
