It's listing over 20k items for me... I checked this using 3 different test accounts.

Likely you have some settings set that are excluding the items.

Are you showing them for "All Types", rating filter and then check your "More Options" menu. You can easily exclude EVERY item with the wrong settings. These settings follow with you for all of the item listings through the site.
