Receiving a notification that an email is not encrypted usually means trouble of some sort. An unlocked red lock icon will appear in the details section. I completely trust this site, but wondered if something were happening along the way.
The open red lock in the details pane of the mail is now replaced by S (for Support.) Thanks.
