It sounds like they posted their content in the body text box of the Book item instead of putting it where it belongs -- in an entry AFTER creating the Book item.

If so, then no, there is no way for you to review it. The Book item is broken.

They'll need to fix the Book item by moving the content to an entry or entries. Book Entries from Writing.Com 101 

After it's fixed, then it can be reviewed. Depending on the timing, this might require them to submit a new review request to you.
