Operation Good luck healing! If you used WORD before, you can just go to the APP store and buy it from them and download and use on your iPad. Kinda easier. I know it costs monthly, but as a writer it's worth it (to me). If you're only writing... as opposed to doing other advanced things with Pages, which I don't think is your wont... (PS: Super dirty screens can cause your issues also.)

Northernwrites: Since Pages is an APP and it creates docs in .pages format, it definitely won't upload here without conversion. (Not to confuse us further, but I see no way to do a true drag & drop to WdC from pages, yeah it's a click and drop lol but not from .pages format.) What you can do is: Export to Word: it saves it as a .docx (I have a Word (Office 365) subscription).

There are other things you can export to from Pages as well. I always found it cumbersome for my use, just for writing, that is.
