The message says you don't have enough GPs for the order.

While you may have enough GPs to cover the cost of the item, you must also have enough GPs to cover the cost of the shipping and handling.

You cannot mix payment methods for one purchase.
To pay with GPs, you would need to purchase enough additional GPs to cover the rest of the cost, and then pay for the total cost with GPs.
Or you could use one of the other payment methods for the total cost.
