<rant>And online malware could be fought by our large internet corporations for only 1% of their profit. Google (Alphabet) made $77Billion last year in profit. They could hire 1000 people in the US, pay them a decent salary, and make a real dent in getting malware out of ads. If they split it up around the world, for the same money, they could hire 5,000 people. Multiply that by Comcast, Charter, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, Twitter, Instagram ... this is a problem that could be ameliorated by the companies that benefit from our usage of the internet.</rant>
