Most of the options are just too literal or else are a cliché. A good title derives from the text itself, but suggests further dimensions. "Stone Angel" is the only one that manages that. The immediate image evoked is a cemetery monument but it could also be metaphorical, which would only become apparent upon reading the story. It's the kind of title that makes one thing it might be worth reading to find out how.
