A while back, I read a post made by a person who was writing a book that had a lawyer for a character. This person stated the character was a very difficult character to write and they ended up taking a law course in order to get him right. I am ashamed to admit that I don't remember this member's name, and I do believe I read it here or on the community newsfeed.
I am in hopes of somehow contacting this person, and I am also hoping to getting some answers to some plaguing questions. I too, am writing about an undiagnosed DID ADA and the MS-13. For me, this character is a hugh challenge, extremely deep and driving me nuts. One question that I need to know: what happens if a persecuting attorney gives an unacceptable opening statement.
If anyone is able to help me, I would very much appreciate it.
