First, make sure your offsite email account is one that you currently have access to, here:
https://www.writing.com/main/my_account.php?action=ea_form&type=personal

Second, use the forgotten password utility:
http://www.writing.com/main/forgotten

Third, once you've retrieved your password, use the change password utility:
My Account/Change Password
