This is a bit of an unusual week for me, because I begin traveling early Sunday morning (11/24) and I'm entertaining guests on Saturday, so I do have to take time out to prep for those events. However, I'm quite confident that I can hit some of my other, more regular daily goals from Monday thru Friday if I remain mindful.
My GOALS for the next 5 weekdays (11/18 to 11/22) are:
--Visit writing.com at least 3 times
--Practice Mindfulness or Meditation every other day
--Exercise at least 3x
--Read one or more chapters in each the 3 new books I've abandoned halfway; ideally instead of wasting time on my phone surfing non-essential stuff
--Keeping a continuous learning streak on my language app for Spanish and Latin till Friday
--Organize at least one closet space
--Catch up with friends whom I've been delaying reaching out to over the phone
