The number of screen lengths is going to be different for each viewer, because of screen width, font size settings in the OS/browser and the item, and window width and zoom settings for the browser.

The rough estimate for a manuscript page (double spaced, standard margins) printed out is 250 words per page.

Most word processing software will show you where page breaks go for printed copy. Taking the content back to your computer and putting it in word processing software may be the easiest way to figure out page counts.
