And you're probably going to hear that a combination of other genres can get that point across, because someone suggested this as a genre eight years ago it looks like, and it's not one yet, so it's probably not going to be. (Here's that post:"New Genres: Espionage & Contemporary"  )

As a further work-around, you can use the "keywords" section of your item's edit page to add "espionage" and "spy." You could also put it in the item's description. I know it's not the same as having that perfect genre, and it's not something people can find when searching by genre, but it's what we have.
