All standard actions do not help, most likely this is a problem in the site, because the translator works quietly for others. Here's another thing I noticed - the translator does not work either on a computer or on a phone on any full / mobile version of the site. Sometimes a translator cannot translate a site from an unknown error at all (this is very strange, there is no such thing anywhere). Before that, the site looked exactly the same, but everything worked. Try to take an older version of the site (3 months ago, for example) and compare it with the new one. Most likely this is just some internal problem of the site, due to which the translator cannot display the translated text normally.
