That will go away on its own. Card processing sites put a temporary pending charge on a credit card first to test whether the transaction will clear. Since an error occurred on the transaction, cancelling it, the card processing site will remove the temporary pending charge. They have their own schedule for doing that, but it's usually within a few days.
