In your Reviews tab, click the gear icon at the upper right of the tab to open the tab's manage area.

The Gift Points drop-down menu is a setting available for setting up your Review Requests, and is labeled: Minimum Gift Points accepted for Review Requests. There are no other drop-down menus for selecting GPs on the tab or in its manage area.
