I have decided to a a major rehaul of one of my novels. I have it open in a browser so I can add/remove etc...

I am rewriting in Word, and for a while in Apache Open Office. When I go to import a chapter (Complex) it seems to lose all the font, spacing and other features. When I do the other option, there are so many { } that I am losing track such as font, size, etc... I have also tried cut and pasting from the word/apache document, and again it loses all spacing, etc.

Is there a way to set up preferences here on the basic that it just converts to font and size?

I have been here for over 15 years and while I am added on to entries and coming up with short stories, writing longer novels is becoming annoying. I want to stay, really, really I do, I just need help with formatting! lol
