That's not something the site handles.

If editing a forum post to remove the link to your entry item and replace it with a note you changed your mind and are withdrawing the entry, isn't sufficient to take care of it, then you'd need to contact the owner of the particular contest, or whoever they've designated to manage their contest. Generally there are directions in the contest page for who and how to contact them; if not, email the owner.
