It sounds like you "uploaded" each chapter as its own entry in the Book item. If so, then the "uploading" is finished.

To "submit" review requests, it depends on where you ask.

To submit to the Please Review page, you must use the Book item ID number, but you can specify a chapter number(s) (if you used those) or a chapter title(s) in the request comment.

To submit a Review Request to a member's Reviews tab, use the entry ID number of the specific entry.

To submit to a member-run Group's review exchange forum, follow that Group's specific directions.

Most reviewers aren't interested in reviewing a whole book at once, so making requests for a chapter at a time is more likely to work. Anything more than that should be a matter of negotiation with the reviewer.
