Today is World Press Freedom Day!
When we celebrate our brave journalists who do their best to deliver the truth to us.

Today's giveaway is the badge below:

Merit Badge in News [Click For More Info] For achieving the level of 75 accepted articles within the Moderator Article Submission Program .

And your task is to become a 'journalist-for-a-day'. You've just gotten wind of the biggest scoop (or maybe not), and have to write up an article for it. Here's the catch, the scoop has to be based on an historical event. So for instance, if you are going to write about the invasion of the Crusaders or the capture of Al Capone, give it your own flavor as the journalist assigned to the job. *Bigsmile*

If you already earned an MB in the previous challenge, you can still participate. I'll have someone deliver the MB to you on my behalf so it counts toward your CR.

*Bullet* You have 24 hours to get this done.
*Bullet* Merit Badges will be given at my discretion.
