Tagging and bold subject line
I feel like I should know this already, but I'm still confused:

How do you 'tag' another member when you write a forum post, so that they get a 'tagged' notice in their 'Notifications'?

Also, do you have to be the forum's creater in order to get bold text in your subject lines? If not, how do you do it?
