Site policy is that questions/problems belong in the support forums.

The reasons:

You message one person, you have to wait until that person is available.

You're better off posting in the support forums with questions/problems than messaging any particular person. That way the first available person who knows the answer can take care of it. And if they give you incorrect or inadequate information, the next available person can correct it.

And if you message someone whose email happens to be full, your email won't get delivered to their inbox. Forums don't fill up.
