1) Early to bed and Early to rise
2) 30 minutes Morning Jog / Walk
3) 30 minutes Gratitude meditation manifestation
4) More fruits intake
5) Complete the book i am reading now - Extreme You by Sarah Robb O'Hagan
6) Do at least 3 reviews each day
7) 30 mins revision reading.
