I know SMs's birthday is the only one in September. So, let's make this easier for her by choosing an item which does not allow Ratings, (there are several there listed in a couple folders.) Send a positive Note-type of Review thanking her for all she does. Mention it's just an honorary review to celebrate her birthday in September as well as WDC's birthday, and NO Response is necessary.
