Collecting it works normally.

The issue could be that the person trying to collect it --

is using a device or an outdated browser that can't handle the job.
has a glitchy internet connection and the collect request times out.

They can try with a newer/bigger device, with an updated browser (Chrome is reccommended), or try later/again when their internet is behaving better.

If you put any collection limitations on the Trinket when you created it, the issue could be that limitation that excludes them, but that's unlikely if they see the collect banner, unless they got to where the Trinket is displayed for collection by using a passkey or Trinket key.
