Correct: It's replies to you only that get emailed.
Not replies in a thread that you're on.

Looking at the examples, "Re: Re: Re: blee "   is the only direct reply to you.
In terms of times, the 8:55 is the last edit time on the message. It was posted originally at 8:48.

And I am replying to you here. So if you have email notifiers on, you should get one for this.
