There’s a book on Amazon called: - Blazing the Hippie Trail in 1959 Calcutta to London on £10.
Two young men travel what they later called the Hippie Trail. It’s 1959, but not much changed in Asia during the intervening years until 1979.
The book is free to read or somewhere about £4 to download.
