It's a known issue that's been reported "This is Not a Big Deal..."  , but I haven't been able to duplicate or solve it.

The screenshots from Ruwth demonstrate that it is not imaginary... I'm just not sure what browser/computer combination is the specific issue.

I just tested again with the item you linked and I can go the whole way through in both directions with no sizing changes on my setup.
